From the rail to your door
Short version: we do not send anything. Our retail partner does, and their page is the only place with the real numbers for your address.
Who sends the parcel
The buy button on a garment page opens that piece at our retail partner. From that point the order, the payment and the parcel are theirs. Our name is not on the box and our hands never touch it.
Where the real timings are
On their checkout page, worked out for the address you type in, before you pay. That is the number to trust. It accounts for where the stock sits and where you are, neither of which we know.
Why there is no table on this page
Because a table here would be wrong. Rates and delivery windows change by address, by seller and by the time of year. Printing a grid of days and prices would make this page look helpful while quietly going out of date, and you would find out at checkout.
If it has not turned up
The order page in your account with our retail partner carries the current status and the way to raise it with them. We have no view of it and no way to move it along.
