When it hangs wrong
A jacket that hangs wrong goes back through the same place it came from. That is not us, and here is what it does mean.
Who handles it
The order sits in your account with our retail partner, and the return starts there, from the order itself. They set the terms, they decide the outcome, and they are the only ones who can act on it.
How long you have
The window is shown against the order on their side. It is set by our retail partner and by the seller of that particular piece, so it is not a single number we could print here honestly. Read it on the order page before the jacket sits in a wardrobe for a fortnight.
What makes it easier
Leave the tags on and keep the packing it arrived in until you have tried the jacket over a proper shirt, with the shoulders sitting where they will actually sit. Shoulders are the part a local tailor cannot fix cheaply. Sleeve length and trouser hems they can.
What we can still help with
The fit question behind the return. Whether the next size up in that cut is genuinely broader or just longer, whether another colour in the same model hangs the same way, whether a different lapel would sit better on your shoulders. Write to us for that. We cannot start, approve or chase the return itself.
