Write to the workroom
One mailbox, read by the people who write these pages. Plain English, no ticket numbers.
What we can answer
Anything about the garments themselves. Which cloth a piece is cut from, how a shawl collar differs from a notch on the same jacket, whether a set arrives with neckwear, why two blazers that look alike sit differently across the chest. If you are stuck between two pieces on this rail, say which two and we will tell you what separates them.
What we cannot answer
Anything tied to an order. Where a parcel is, when it lands, what was charged, whether a return went through. None of that reaches us, because the order was placed with our retail partner and lives in your account with them. They can see it. We genuinely cannot, and writing to us costs you the day it takes us to say so.
How long we take
Usually within a working day, sometimes two when a lot of people write at once. Replies come in English.
Atlanta, GA 30303A desk and a mailbox, nothing more. There is no counter here and no rail to walk along, so there is nothing at this door to try on. Letters reach us; garments should not be sent to this address, because the order was never ours to open.
