These flat-front trousers come as a single piece in a deep burgundy shade. We cut them in a lightweight polyester blend with substantial stretch for ease of movement throughout the day. The front is clean, finished with a smooth zip fly and a flexible waistband.

Stretch cloth blend

We weave this lightweight plain cloth from 91 percent polyester and 9 percent spandex. The high stretch content lets the trouser give as you sit or walk, while the fabric keeps a smooth drape.

Waistband and front

A flat front keeps the waistline clean under a jacket or knitwear. We build an elastic waistband into the top so the trousers sit comfortably, fastened by a sturdy front zipper.

Pocket arrangement

The trousers carry four pockets in total. Two angled side pockets sit along the seams for quick access, paired with two welt pockets at the back to keep the line neat.

Washing and care

This lightweight blend goes straight into the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Hang them promptly after the wash to let the creases drop out naturally, and use a cool iron if needed.

How to care for tailoring and separates

Good tailoring keeps its cut when you give it the right support between wears. A broad hanger, a soft brush, and steam do most of the work. When you clean a suit, treat every piece in the set at the same time so the cloth ages together.
