Our two-piece black suit pairs a single-breasted jacket with matching trousers, finished with a classic notch lapel and a two-button front. We weave the heavyweight cloth with viscose for a steady drape and low stretch. Each set includes a matching necktie selected by our workshop.

Two-button front

We cut the jacket with a neat notch lapel and a standard two-button stance. The front closes cleanly, anchored by structured shoulders and long sleeves that fall straight.

Heavyweight cloth

The outer shell is woven from 78.4 percent polyester and 21.6 percent viscose for a dense, low-stretch hand. It holds a crisp press and hangs with solid weight.

Matching trousers

The trousers are tailored in the same black cloth to complete the two-piece set. They sit straight through the leg, cut to follow our slim house block.

Care and maintenance

Dry clean only to maintain the body of the cloth and protect the internal structure. Hang both pieces on broad wooden hangers between wears.

How many pieces arrive together in our tailoring

A suit comes together at the cutting table or it does not come together right. When trousers and a jacket are made to go together, the cloth matches under direct light and in photographs. Here is how we count the pieces across our ready to wear tailoring.
