We built this two-piece set for warm weather gatherings that call for tailoring without a full jacket. The waistcoat closes with five buttons down the front, matched to shorts finished with rolled hems. The dark blue cloth carries a visible slub texture throughout.
Five button waistcoat
The front fastens with five buttons and carries three functional pockets for small items. We cut the waistcoat with a clean V-neckline to sit flat over a collared shirt.
Four pocket shorts
We tailored the matching shorts with four pockets and finished the legs with rolled hems. The regular cut gives you room through the seat and thighs during long outdoor ceremonies.
Linen blend cloth
The plain cloth blends linen, polyester, viscose, and cotton into a lightweight weave with no stretch. It breathes well in direct sun while holding its shape through an afternoon of wear.
Dry clean care
Send both pieces out for dry cleaning to avoid fabric shrinkage and keep the dark blue tone even. A low-heat iron will smooth out fold lines after travel.
